Initial Consultation - We will determine realistic goals for getting back into the workplace. We begin with an assessment of skills and a review of the resume. If necessary, we will re-write the resume within 72 hours, allowing them to immediately begin the search process.

Resources - We explore the most effective methods with friends, contacts, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Plaxo, etc. as well as the best way to submit resumes on line.

Weekly one-on-one consultations - For the next 6 weeks, we will focus on what industries are hiring, what jobs are available. We will establish weekly goals to ensure they are taking advantage of every opportunity.

Interview Prep - For every interview the candidate secures, we will prepare them for that interview, provide company background and review tough questions they will be asked. We will also ensure they have questions prepared to ask during the interview.

Interview Follow-up - We will discuss interviews with the candidate upon completion, determine the appropriate follow-up to the interview, and provide direction to this critical phase of the hiring process.

The format listed above is a general guideline for what we typically offer. More elaborate and detailed plans can be established for any or all employees. You do NOT have to choose the same level of service for every employee…customize what you want for each employee.

Our ultimate goal is to get people employed again, and we simply WILL NOT accept fees from both a candidate and a company for the same placement. Our understanding with candidates from the inception of our company has always been: If we receive a fee from a company we will refund the candidate's money 100%!
