We work with all types of candidates from all types of backgrounds, helping you gain interviews with professional resumes, sales resumes, executive resumes, college grad resumes and entry level resumes. We will develop the resume that fits you the best.
Once you get that interview, Patterson Placements can also help you prepare for that interview through our Interview Prep Series. This includes practice interviews, learning how to answer questions the correct way, developing questions to ask, learning more about the company you could potentially work for, and generally doing everything you would expect in interview prep and then more!
Patterson Placements works with anyone from any type of background to help make you a more marketable candidate…enticing employers to want to interview you. You never get a second chance to make a first impression, and a resume is usually the first impression your future employer sees when they see you as a potential candidate.
Resumes ($150-$300)
We take the time to learn about your accomplishments, awards, and background. After careful review, you are then given feedback on your current resume (if you have one) and given the opportunity to update on your own. If you would rather have us do it for you, we then create a new resume or modify an existing one that will get the attention of employers. (Afterall, we send many to employers all the time...we know what they want!)
Cover letter ($50)
Cover letters can present you to an employer in a much more professional manner. A cover letter immediately highlights your biggest strengths that match up to the employers' needs.
Interview Prep Series ($500 for up to 5 different companies)
Patterson Placements will coach you on the most frequently asked questions during an interview and ensure you are prepared. We'll help you develop specific questions you should ask your prospective employer. In addition, we'll research the company's background, short/long term forecast for any interview scheduled. A career change is a two way street…it's got to work for both sides to be successful…we'll help you get there.
Job Search Coaching ($1000 for up to 5 different companies)
The Hiring Process is a full time job and you won't have much success unless you have a plan. We start from the beginning and help you determine your goals, help you put together a plan you can work with. We guide you through the entire process…you choose what level of guidance you need…upgrade at anytime. Our initial consultation to answer your questions and find out how we work is free. Benefits
We guarantee you will receive your completed documents within 2 business days from your initial interview. We can create your resume in more than one format if needed. You can make minor changes to compliment the job you are applying for before forwarding to the prospective employer. In most cases, costs associated with a job search are tax deductible.
