Contingency Search

While this is the most commonly used search method, there is a reason it is more expensive.  There is no risk on the part of the client, and all of the risk is on the search firms...therefore most search firms don't take on these type of searches unless they are highly confident they can find the candidates.

A Contingency Search is exactly what it says...you don't pay us unless you hire one of the candidates we submit.  With all Patterson Placement searches, as a client, you won't have the hassles of weeding through many many resumes of unqualified candidates.  You'll simply receive the resumes, determine if you want to interview them , then let us help you through the process.

All of our searches come with guarantees...generally 60 days from the hire date.  Assuming we receive our funds within the agreed upon time frame, if the candidate leaves or is fired for cause during that 60 day period, Patterson Placements will produce 3 qualified as a replacement.
