Working A Search On Engagement

We conduct searches in a variety of ways, and one method you might want to consider is for us to conduct a search on engagement.

By selecting this method, Patterson Placements will search and then pre-screen candidates. We will also conduct pre-employment testing prior to submitting the best fit candidates to you.  Our pre-employment testing means the potential candidate will complete a one hour test that will provide very specific feedback on that candidate, telling us (and you) the candidates':

Each of the above traits are scored an a scale (1 to 9), providing you the information you need to make more accurate hiring decisions.  As part of this process, we have the tools and capabilities to formulate a benchmark.  A benchmark is what we use to determine if the candidates are truly a solid fit to your job description.

To utilize the testing procedures to it's fullest, as a potential client, you are allowed to have two current employees take this one hour test for free.  You can then see for yourself just how accurate these tests really are. We're so confident in this testing, we invite you to have two employees take a free test and then decide if this type of search is for you!!

You will receive a report for all candidates submitted. This report includes a Leadership Traits Assessment, Leadership Potential Summary Report, Sales Traits Assessment, and a Sales Potential Summary Report.  The report also contains a section with sample interview questions in areas the candidate scored "out of the norm" and a section for Personal Development.  This Personal Development section is commonly used in companies for existing employees to help them develop their skills.

An engagement search works like this:  The client pays approximately 1/3rd of the expected fee at the beginning of the search, 1/3rd of the fee after decisions are made to take any candidates to the second round of interviews, and the balance is then paid upon the new candidate's start date.
