your open position. We then accept the resumes, pre-screen them, and
forward you the top three, allowing you to spend much more time on
driving your business. We will also aid you in the interview
process with arrangements, etc.
A Posting search requires a $2500
down payment to start the search and the remainder is billed upon
the new candidates' hire date.
While most ads produce results within
the first 2-3 weeks, if you are not satisfied with the candidates
the ad produces, you can then turn your search into an Engagement
Search or a Contingency Search. The money paid is applied towards
the next search.
