traits are scored an a scale (1 to 9), providing you the information
you need to make more accurate hiring decisions.
As a company, you have
the ability to formulate a Benchmark that identifies
the characteristics needed to be successful at any position.
Patterson Placements works with you to establish this benchmark,
then provides feedback on each person tested comparing them to the
benchmark. This is an extremely accurate method to better determine
the success of a potential candidate before you make a job offer.
You will receive a
report for all candidates tested. This report includes a Leadership
Traits Assessment, Leadership Potential Summary Report, Sales Traits
Assessment, and a Sales Potential Summary Report. The report also
contains a section with sample interview questions in areas the
candidate scored "out of the norm" and a section for Personal
Development. This Personal Development section is commonly used
in companies for existing employees to help them develop their
skills.
