Patterson Placements has teamed up with a professional web-based employment center and will create a website that is very interactive.  It can become part of your website and offers the following benefits:

  • You post unlimited jobs at your discretion with 24/7 access.
  • Applicants are pre-screened by a set of questions during the resume submission process.  You can pick from 130 developed questions, or create your own for each position.
  • If applicant "passes" a certain section, they can then be prompted to complete a different test.
  • The Achiever tests can be added to the process.
  • You have access to the Admin page that tells you how far along all applicants are.  Once they have completed the process, if you then choose to access their resume, you are charged a nominal fee, but far less money and far less work, while the system weeds out those unqualified applicants.
  • You don't even take over until you have qualified candidates !!
